Turnaround Files is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not run client-side analytics or set cookies. Contact is by email only.
What we collect
- Cloudflare access logs when you visit: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps, and requested URLs. These are collected and retained by Cloudflare for security and operations per their policies.
- Emails you send us via the mailto links on this site (including your email address and any information you include). Email is handled by Zoho Mail.
How we use data
- Respond to your inquiries and manage podcast guest outreach.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site (using the access logs).
- We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
- We do not set cookies or run third-party analytics scripts.
- Cloudflare may set technical cookies if specific security features are triggered. We do not control those and do not use them for profiling.
Sharing with third parties
- Cloudflare Pages/Workers: hosts the site and processes request logs.
- Zoho Mail: receives and stores inbound email you send us.
- We do not otherwise share your information unless required to comply with law or protect the site.
Retention
- Access logs: retained by Cloudflare according to their standard retention policies.
- Emails: stored in Zoho Mail indefinitely for reference and continuity. If you want an email removed from our mailbox, contact us and we will delete it unless we need to keep it for legal or security reasons.
Your choices
- Do not send an email if you do not want to share its contents with us.
- You can request deletion of prior emails you sent us.
